Rizvić Ismet

(Mostar 1933. - Sarajevo, 1992.) He completed his study of Fine Arts at the Higher Pedagogical School in Sarajevo. He was a fellow in London in 1966, where he studied English watercolors. He first exhibited with ULBiH in 1957. He has been a member of the Association of Fine Artists of BiH since 1963. During his thirty-five years of artistic work, he has participated in a number of collective exhibitions, and has organized ten solo exhibitions. In 2004, Ismet Rizvic's wife donated 47 watercolors and 3 pastels to the Bosniak Institute in Sarajevo, and with this gesture contributed significantly to enriching the collection of works of art of this cultural institution, and to make Ismet Rizvic's paintings part of a permanent exhibition available to BiH public.
