Prihoda Vaclav

(Prague, 1888 - Prague, 1941) Czech painter, impressionist. He studied at the Prague Academy of Fine Arts from 1905-1910 in the class of Professor Vlaho Bukovec and painter Vojtech Hynais. He has lived and worked in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt and the Carpathian Russia, painting street life, landscapes and oriental landscapes. He restored the walls of the Trojan castle near Prague. He was a member of the Union of Fine Artists in Prague.
