Karišik Husein

(Sarajevo, 1959) Husein Karišik-Ćiba attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo, where he graduated in 1985, the same year.   he continues his master's degree. Ciba's painting opus is reflected in a realistic depiction of nature, objects and interiors. Chiba often uses the tompe l'oeil technique to sharpen his images to increase memory tension. Since 1996, he has actively worked and exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions. He currently lives and works in Canada and Sarajevo.
